A website related to my career that I really like is
iNaturalist (https://www.inaturalist.org/). This platform serves to learn about
biodiversity, bringing together people of nature observers around the world.
Here the community can upload photos of their observations of plants and
animals, to identify them with the help of others. It also allows to support
scientific research projects.
I really like it because it has helped me a lot during my
studies, I have learned a lot about different species and now I can recognize
plants that I didn't even know what they were called before. I also find it
very cool to learn about the diversity of species in different parts of the
world.
The time I visit iNaturalist is relative, because if I find
a plant that interests me and I don't know what it is, I immediately look it up
on the site.
I would recommend this website to anyone interested in
nature, biodiversity and citizen science. It is a good website to learn more
about wildlife.
